- After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation, but I will also personally contact you ASAP in order to arrange a collection or delivery date and time.

- Please note your order is not secured until you have received confirmation from myself personally.
- Should you have any difficulties placing the order online please contact me directly.
- There is a minimum order amount of EUR 70 for free delivery.
- Payment is only available with Paypal/Klarna/Bank Transfer (NO cash).
- Your order is not confirmed until payment has been made.
Collection
- Orders are available for collection from Britwurst HQ (Emil Behring Weg, 1120, Vienna), every Saturday (unless stated in our correspondence) between the strict hours of 07:30 – 11:00.
- If your order is not collected before 11:00 we will have to reschedule.
- Should you wish to collect between Mon-Fri please do let me know in advance.
- Please note that I am no longer located at Karmelitermarkt.
- Payments in cash are not possible.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout the city, with a minimum order amount of €70 for free delivery.
I can also deliver to outside the city limits for a fee, please do contact in advance to see if this is possible however.
Cash on delivery is not possible.
Produce
All produce is frozen on day of production, with a 3 month expiry date. Once defrosted produce should be consumed in the following time frames:
Sausages – 3 days
Bacon – 1 week
Black Pudding – 1 week- All sausages come in packets of 6 (450g) unless stated.
- All bacon comes in packets of 6-7 slices (200g) unless stated.
- Black pudding comes in 150g portions unless stated.
- All produce is gluten free unless stated.
